To whom it may concern,

We are just thrilled with our new PermaLife mulch. We received it in no time and were amazed how quickly we were able to cover all the areas we needed to with it. It was so light, not messy at all & the whole experience was just very pleasurable & totally satisfying. We were a little skeptical at first and worried that it would fade or blow away, stink, look like garbage. So far it looks just beautiful. All our neighbors are asking questions & are interested in the product as well, most people have never heard of it before & are amazed how much it looks like shiny polished rocks and or fresh mulch. All representatives that we had spoken to have been more than helpful & very friendly also. We also received a letter to notify us that the mulch would be delivered this past Sunday. That was real nice to know so that we could plan our day.

Just thought maybe this letter & pictures would get to the owner or the proper person.

Ladies& Gentlemen:

I would sincerely like to express my complete satisfaction with both your product and, mainly, with your Customer Service and Order Dept. personnel.

After researching rubber mulch on the web (I was unable to locate any in our immediate area), I chose your company mainly because of your website and the amount of information you provided compared to other companies in the same line of business. We were putting in a small pond in our breezeway area and had already put in stepping stones and lots of greenery around the pond and thought we could get by with some river rock to fill in the bare areas but that just did not look right. So we decided on the rubber mulch since we had heard so many good things about it. Our initial order, for 200 pounds in the Boston Brown color, was made with Mark on May 5th and we received it via UPS on the 13th. That was amazing to begin with. That is excellent turnaround time. And Mark was a delight to work with and ever so helpful. We immediately went to work spreading the mulch and were thrilled at how wonderful it looked. It was perfect!

Then we decided on a small rose garden in our front yard and called to place an order on May 18th for an additional 100 pounds of the same mulch and again dealt with Mark who again was most helpful, courteous, and all such good things. In the meantime we had received any number of emails from your Customer Service people (Barb and Melissa Smith) informing us of our receipt of the orders and letting us know when they shipped and when we could expect to receive them. Talk about HELPFUL!!! Such a unique quality today!

We got the second order on May 26th – again a terrific turnaround time – and since I had spent the entire prior evening putting in my rose bushes, I was so glad it came just in time so that my roses would be protected. The second batch came from your NY facility (the first came from Bristol OK) and was not of the same quality as the first. The pieces were for the most part approx. twice the size and because of that did not cover as nicely as the first batch. However, we put it down anyway and I decided to call and at least find out why the difference.

All that was determined was that the different facilities was the cause and the young lady I spoke with immediately suggested that a second 100 pounds be sent to me at no charge. And when I asked what I should do with the order that I already had, she explained no problem, just leave it there and maybe put some of the replacement on top. WOW!!! There again you are unique!!!

Okay, enough rambling. Suffice to say you have wonderful Customer Service and Order Personnel, a great product, wonderful prices, great turnaround time – what else could a customer ask for!!! I have already, and will continue to tell everyone we know of our satisfaction. Please feel free to use any part of my letter in whatever way you choose if you have a need to do so. You have definitely got a very satisfied customer and we know where we will get more of your product if the need arises.
